Shipping Information

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Original paintings are wrapped in protective materials and securely boxed, while prints are either flat-packed or rolled in sturdy tubes depending on their size.

Print orders are typically dispatched within a few working days of completion. Commissioned artworks will be shipped once fully finished and ready.

UK orders are sent via a tracked and insured service. International shipping is available, with delivery times and costs varying by location. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Information

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, all commission sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once completed.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all commission bookings. This covers the initial consultation, planning, and allocation of studio time. In line with UK consumer rights for bespoke goods, cancellation rights may not apply once work has begun. However, in certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at my discretion, depending on the stage of the work and individual situation. These are not guaranteed.

For print orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
