This painting was created in memory of an evening I’ll never forget of when my dad, my sister and I went up to the Avon Dassett to watch the shooting stars. We sat in the dark, eating snacks and looking up, just sharing that moment together.
I tried to capture the quiet magic of that night the feeling of being small beneath the stars but held by something bigger. The place already holds a lot for us. It’s a painting about memory, family, and the kind of connection that doesn’t need words.
